DESCRIPTION:

The Mechanism is for loading Test Specimen (Under Tensile Load) with extension for Electrolytic Charging for Hydrogenation in order to study the effect of Hydrogen on the Mechanical Properties of various steel.

SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Specimen Type: Cylindrical with or without V Notch; Square cross section with or without notch; Flat Specimen
  • Gauge Length: 50 mm
  • Effective Axial Tensile Load: Max up to 2000 kilograms
  • Clamping: Sockets of M 12 X 1.75 P or M 16 X 2 P for Cylindrical/ Square Specimens; Pyramid serrated jaws for Flat Specimen or Wedge Grips- Refer to Wedge Grip
  • Power Supply: Output: 0 to 30 V and 0 to 5 amp variable; Input 230 V AC I Phase 15 amp. (Other Power Supply on request)
